You are involved in an accident and contact Nelson Collision . Nelson Collision then tows your car to one of our conveniently located repair facilities that offer a limited lifetime warranty on the repairs to your vehicle. Nelson Collision Center managers work directly with your insurance company eliminating the need for an outside adjuster saving you time and money on your claim.

Nelson Collision also offers on-site rental car arrangements. Because the insurance company and the collision shop handle all the details and paperwork, you do not have to do so.

This means they can:

• Tow your Car into our facilities
• Do ALL the estimating for your insurance company ,, no need for an out side adjuster
• +Provide FREE shuttle service
• Supply a rental car
• 24 hour towing

Nelson Collision is also I-Car Gold Certified.

The Gold Class Professionals program was created in 1990 to recognize those businesses that are committed to quality and excellence through training. Earning the Gold Class Professionals designation is the highest recognition for training a business can earn in the collision industry. Gold Class designated businesses are dedicated to providing their customers with efficient, safe and high-quality repairs. They are confident they can properly repair their customers' collision-damaged vehicles and understand the need to continually update their training and knowledge of the collision repair process.

Effective January 1, 2007, I-CAR redefined the requirements to earn and maintain the Gold Class Professionals and Platinum Individual designations.
